Production manufactures units for tanning, massage and air hygiene in three production sites all situated in Rottbitze and Windhagen.
Due to a flexible manufacturing system with reduced control, Kanban, there are no set-up times.
The low in-house production depth with adherence to minimum operating distance / minimum stocks makes it possible to fulfil each and every customer desire on short notice (usually no order-related purchase).
At the moment 5,400 parts are to be obtained regularly, the final production programme allows for changes three days before delivery.
