Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Suggestions for Improvement (VBV)The process of optimizing the products constantly has always been rated high at Ergoline. This course was reorganized in 1997. Suggestions for improvement are now worked on in small groups (CIP) and by single persons (VBV).
The new system enjoys great acceptance in the company, because it works quickly through intensive care. The winners of this initiative are published. In addition to these improvements of the products and the working environment, an increase in motivation and identification was achieved.
In 2001, 88 suggestions for a continious improvement process were handed in, which dealt with improvements of the products from our customers' point of view, the acceleration of operating sequences and a better working environment for our employees.
